Situated in a growing residential neighbourhood in Malappuram, the site demanded a design that maximises usable floor area while maintaining a human scale and connection to the street.
The How
The building uses exposed red brick as the primary façade material, paired with smooth concrete balcony slabs and metal railings. Lush balcony planting softens the façade and brings greenery to each floor.
The Details
The three-storey block includes a covered ground-level car park, spacious family apartments on each floor, and a rooftop terrace with an elevated pool and panoramic views. The top view reveals a compact, efficient floor plate.
