Positioned on an open plot at Veliyamcode with excellent road frontage and visibility, this site was selected for its high commercial footfall potential.
The How
The design is defined by a warm terracotta façade with sculpted geometric fins over large glazed shop fronts, creating a memorable commercial identity. The upper floor features a glazed curtain wall with projecting fin shading.
The Details
